INDUCTION COURSE AND LICENCING/ACCREDITATION:
ONLINE INCORPORATION/REGISTRATION OF COMPANIES
WITH NIGERIA’S CORPORATE AFFAIRS COMMISSION
The Consulate – General of Nigeria, New York, and the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria, have concluded arrangements to organise an induction course and thereafter licence/accredit interested certified Attorneys/Legal Firms and certified Accountants/Accounting Firms to enable them to incorporate/register companies, charities and other corporate entities (such as NGOs,etc.,) in Nigeria, on-line.
Interested qualified professionals and entities wishing to participate are requested to indicate their interest in writing, to reach the Consulate General of Nigeria, New York at cgnny@hotmail.com on or before Friday 28th March, 2008.
Those interested would be hosted to a one-day induction course on the procedure on the online incorporation/registration of companies, etc, by the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (CAC), at Nigeria House, New York, on Wednesday 9th April, 2008.
